For standard products, our MOQ is flexible and depends on the series. For bespoke and custom projects, we welcome single-piece commissions for hospitality and high-end residential spaces.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard products ship within 15–25 business days. Custom and bespoke projects typically require 30–60 days depending on complexity, finish, and scale of the installation.
Do you provide 3D renderings for custom projects?
Yes. Our Mofun online design platform and dedicated R&D team can generate 3D renderings, technical drawings, and installation diagrams for your review before production begins.
Which certifications do your products carry?
Our products are tested in our CNAS-accredited laboratory and certified to international standards including UL, CE, CCC, and SASO — ensuring compliance for major global markets.
Can I visit your factory and showroom?
