Custom Service
As professional custom chandelier makers, Kinglong Lighting provides clients with detailed guidance on using our Online Design platform during the project discussion stage, encouraging them to explore their creativity in design. At this stage, we confirm the project’s specific requirements with the client. If the client has no clear ideas yet, we will offer further guidance in the next phase.
Design Development
Once the LED lighting project requirements are clarified, we guide clients in selecting their preferred lighting elements, design styles, and structures, while also providing suitable dimensions based on their space. We confirm hardware finishes and technical parameters together with the client, and users can also export model files directly from our platform. If the client already has a design idea, our lighting engineers will assist in verifying specific functional requirements for their chandelier projects.
Drawings & Quotation
Based on the agreed design for LED lighting project, we provide 2D line drawings and a quotation tailored to the client’s customization needs. For special requirements, we can deliver detailed drawings or additional documents upon request, ensuring the client can confirm both drawings and pricing.
Production & Delivery
After receiving the production deposit, we coordinate both the production and purchasing departments: the production team begins manufacturing LED lights for craft projects while the purchasing team procures bespoke pendant lighting according to the client’s customization list. Once production is completed, we notify the client and arrange shipment and logistics. If on-site installation is required, we can also provide a one-stop service.
